Info sessions provide potential students with the opportunity to meet with faculty and staff to learn more about how to continue education in three of MCLA’s programs that are designed to support rising educators needs in the Berkshires and beyond.
The MEd program offers a blend of classroom and fieldwork experiences that prepare students to make a meaningful impact in their school communities. Programs include MEd with initial licensure, professional teacher licensure with MEd, MEd with individualized plan of study non-licensure, and accelerated 4+1 bachelor’s degree with MEd.

an academic program that blends a dynamic classroom experience with practical fieldwork,
and a close-knit program that fosters meaningful collaboration. Our program offers
teacher licensure in early childhood, elementary, middle school, and secondary education.
We have a network of mentor teachers who offer you the opportunity to apply educational
theories in a variety of settings.
Preferred application deadlines are April 15 for summer, August 1 for fall, and December 1 for spring admission.
